Prague The Style Outlets is the first project in the Czech Republic for NEINVER who are working in joint partnership with The Prague Outlet. Located in Prague, it is one of the most prominent locations in Europe. In addition to the strong local market, Prague is the fourth most visited city in Europe and one of the busiest and most popular tourist destinations.

The scheme will offer the best bits of Prague’s shopping districts in one place: the architecture of the old city shopping streets mixed with the atmosphere of the newer retail areas. The ease of access for shoppers will also make it a key destination, with Prague’s Václav Havel Airport less than 5 minutes away. The centre will be managed by NEINVER, who are one of Europe’s leading outlet centre developers and managers.


Prague The Style Outlets announces first brands and new opening date

Prague The Style Outlets has announced some of the top brands that will operate in Prague’s flagship outlet centre. It will be home to many sought-after retail brands such as Adidas, Benetton, Bogner, Frankie Morello, Gattinoni, Geox, Hamleys, Karl Lagerfeld, Marina Militare, Nike, Palmers, Pepe Jeans, Trussardi and Versace Jeans, among others. Some brands have chosen Prague The Style Outlets for their initial entry into the Czech market. In addition, the food and beverage offer will feature retailers such as Coffee Fellows and HMS/Autogrill, the leading global operator in food & beverage services for travellers.

“Refurbishment works are reaching completion and the official opening date is set for 18 May, in spring, as planned. We are going over the last details to offer a premium shopping experience,” adds Kholová.

For the inauguration, Prague The Style Outlets will launch a fully integrated opening campaign including advertising, social media and events for visitors to enjoy.


Prague The Style Outlets has a prime location 25 minutes to the city centre and less than 5 minutes away from Prague’s Václav Havel Airport which welcomes almost 12 million passengers a year. The centre also has direct access to the D7 highway.

Prague The Style Outlets will fill this gap.
